No. The Aspen Dental Savings Plan is an in-house discount membership, not insurance: $49/year for one person plus $29/year per additional household member, usable only at participating Aspen Dental practices. There are no claims, no deductibles, and no annual maximums.

Aspen Dental is a chain of dental offices, and the savings plan is their in-house membership. Like all discount plans it never pays claims: you pay reduced prices directly at participating Aspen offices.
